A channel to confidentially report conduct or situations that may breach the law, our internal policies or our values.
How it works
- You submit the report identified, confidentially or anonymously.
- You receive a unique tracking code and an acknowledgement within 7 calendar days.
- The authorised team reviews it under restricted access.
- You can check the status and reply using your code.
- The case is closed with its corresponding outcome (within 3 months).

Confidentiality and whistleblower protection
Each report is handled with restricted access, access logging and data minimisation. Retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is not tolerated.
Compliant with Spanish Act 2/2023 on whistleblower protection and Directive (EU) 2019/1937. Your data is processed under GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD, retained only as long as the investigation requires.
